I’ve had an incredible experience at Strive Physical Therapy at 2 Penn Center. It’s truly a place that heals both the body and the soul. Julia is wonderful! She's really great at providing cues for the exercises, and providing modifications when needed. I'm definitely feeling stronger, and was able to return to hiking and rock climbing. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful as well - I'll miss seeing everyone each week! If I need PT again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had knee replacement surgery November 13th, and started formal physical therapy the 15th, with the wonderful folks at Strive at 2 Penn Center. Katie and her team (Tom, Gabby, Tash - hope I spelled her name correctly! - and the students - Taylor and Grace) not only listened to what my goals were, but actively helped me achieve them. If I could give 6 stars I would. I’ve been working with Katie and her team since summer of 2023 when I had an injury in my femur. In March of 2024 I got hit by a vehicle and broke my legs, I couldn’t walk without a limp, couldn’t do stairs, my quality of life was severely impaired. I have been in PT three times a week since my recovery began and I can without a doubt say that Katie changed my life. I was totally jaded with physical therapy helping with my recovery after 8 months of walking with a limp after a partial knee replacement. Still, I reluctantly decided to give Strive PT a try. My therapist, Katie, and her exceptional staff are not typical clinicians. They believe in trying different exercises with patients every session, testing and strengthening all the muscles causing pain or stiffness.
