Professional courteous service. The challenge that I came with was much improved whereas I was better and able to function at a higher level when my therapy was completed. I sought pt because I had pain in both of my feet and had plantar fasciitis. All of the staff is very welcoming and the therapists really take their time helping you achieve your goals. Melissa and Alesia worked with me throughout the duration of my time here. They are really organized in their plans for each client and provide a breakdown through the strengthening process. I'll admit I was skeptical about going to Physical Therapy for my tendonitis in my wrist. I was in alot of pain and unable to use my left wrist. I didn't really believe that Physical Therapy would do anything for me. I was mistaken. Even after the first visit with Adrienne, my wrist felt better. She was very gentle with me, and understanding of my pain level. She helped me with gentle massage, ice therapy and progressive exercises, that relieved my pain and gave me back the mobility of my wrist.
Our agency has used Strive for our patients for services in their home, for some years now; Our patients only have great things to say about their clinicians! Also, documentation from therapists are completed in a timely manner (which is truly vital in HH) The office staff/care coordinators have always been cordial and easy to work with. As much as I'd like to gate keep Strive they do deserve recognition in the Home Health world as well. Thank you Strive! -Debbie
