Great San Diego Personal trainers! – I have never experienced a concept like this. It is a workout gym that is more personal, and every person that goes in there always has a personal trainer. The idea is great becuase it gets me to go to the gym and actually know what i'm doing! I meet with my trainer 2x week, and exercise at the gym the other days with a routine that my trainer gives me.
