Great place we dropped in at! My wife’s family lives down the road and we’ve never had anywhere to go. This is an awesome local spot and super nice people. They’ve got just about everything you need!

Took my 9 year old daughter to a kids fit class this morning and was very welcomed by everyone there! Very helpful and fun, energetic staff. Makes me excited for next time. My daughter had so much fun and got right in there with the other kids. When we left, she took what she learned in 30 minutes and continued working out at home.

Last nights HIIT boxing class was so much fun! Who knew boxing would be something that I would enjoy! Cant wait to learn more moves and build more strength! Great Job!
