I have arrickia McDaniel and by far is the worst she never gets back to you and I’m definitely going to tell kaiser they need to drop this company. Second the receptionist is hella unprofessional … the whole company seems hella unprofessional and they need to step they game up but I’m going elsewhere. I should’ve know it wasn’t worth it when arrickia hung the phone up improperly on the first darn appointment and she didn’t even bother to call back nothing just mid conversation hang up. Genuine counselors & therapists that actually care to get to know their clients. Non- judgmental, by far the best place I’ve gone for services. They don’t just help with counseling- they also help with community based services. Dr. McDaniel is a great woman.
One of the best places to be! So helpful, caring, nurturing, and present.
So far I'm not impressed with the receptionist. Hopefully this is not an indicator of the service from the counselors. I will update if it gets better.
