Diana and Manager Michelle were so unprofessional. We dined at Prime 54 on New Year’s Eve and were required to pay a pre-fee for the evening, which already included a 20% charge. We understood this given the holiday and had no issue with it. However, after ordering a very expensive bottle of wine, we were surprised to see an additional 20% charge applied to the wine itself when the bill arrived. Gabrielle was a great waiter. Very informative and very personable! My wife and I really enjoyed conversing with him. Lobster was fantastic and my wife's filet was uniquely great with the sauce on the plate! Recommend! Cesar salad almost melted in the mouth somehow!
Great steak house for lobster and prawns. We ordered the full lobster and fries. The lobster was definitely tasty! I just wish it was meatier, but I would get it again. We shared the prawns as an appetizer and that was a must have! I will be back for prawns for sure! Also, the pasta Alfredo was very tasty too! Our daughter had that.
