Thanks for changing our water tank for us this week in Airdrie. We are grateful and really appreciate your good customer service. James took his time to explain everything that was wrong with the tank and recommended we change the tank. We are glad we did. We recommend him 100%.
We called Strike for a second opinion on our furnace as per a friend's recommendation. We are so happy we did. In today's world it is hard to know if you are receiving honest, correct information. James was quick to correct wrong information we were given by a previous company and went above and beyond sourcing a part and registering our furnace under warranty with the manufacturer all on his own time before even coming to our home to assess the situation.
