Thanks for changing our water tank for us this week in Airdrie. We are grateful and really appreciate your good customer service. James took his time to explain everything that was wrong with the tank and recommended we change the tank. We are glad we did. We recommend him 100%.
We called Strike for a second opinion on our furnace as per a friend's recommendation. We are so happy we did. In today's world it is hard to know if you are receiving honest, correct information. James was quick to correct wrong information we were given by a previous company and went above and beyond sourcing a part and registering our furnace under warranty with the manufacturer all on his own time before even coming to our home to assess the situation. James and his crew were very knowledgeable and was detail oriented. They changed out all the PEX pipe very efficiently
After calling over 5 plumbers for same day service. Strike plumbing was available and so quick to respond!! They got the work done quickly figured outwhere ourr leak was and solved it with minimal damage. Also worked directly with our landlord. Some other places wouldn't let us book until our landlord called them. Thanks guys!!
