Strike first is what they do. They are like a lot of other realtors, someone dies they all send letters or call trying to be the first to try and get a listing. If someone has something to sell after a family member passes can't you leave them alone to take care of things instead of being vultures and watching obituaries and doing searches to see what property they had that you can try to make money on.
