RecommendedI just need to give a shout out and thank you so much all in one. We love our strider bikes. We have both the original 12 and a 14x. Earlier this week we took them for a ride. Not even a lap around our track and the tire on the 14x got popped. We are not entirely sure how. I quickly called strider in a panic because of course my 4yo was crushed she couldn’t ride with her little sister. They over nighted us a new tire and tube at no cost to us on the spot no questions. My twin grandsons started riding their Strider bikes at 2 years old. They turned 4 years old today and started riding pedal bikes without any training wheels several days before their 4th birthday. Amazing!
My son doesn’t want to give up his balance bike for a pedal bike because he loves it so much!
We love Strider! My son received his 12” Strider at 16 months and really took to it at about 18 or 19 months. He hasn’t looked back since! My daughter is 20 months and is really starting to get the hang of hers! Now at almost 4, my son has competed in several balance bike races, including one of the Strider Cup races, but his favorite thing is his weekly races at the local BMX track! EVERYTHING! its the greatest invention ever!
We love strider bikes! My son got the 12 sport for his 2nd birthday. It took him about a month to ride it, but followed the progression from walking to riding to gliding perfectly. Over the course of the year, his skills got better to where he was doing “tricks” like standing up while riding and going over small jumps. He got the 14x yesterday for his 3rd birthday and cried because the pedals weren’t on. We put the pedals on and he took to it in about 10 minutes! He’s off to the races now.
