RecommendedMy son turned 2 a couple of days ago and we got him a Strider 12 Sport for his birthday. He was so excited to get his bike and he is already starting to get the hang of walking it. I did pretty extensive research on balance bikes before settling on the Strider and have zero regrets. I am excited for him to continue learning to ride.
Not only did my daughter take to the strider rocker immediately, days later she took her first steps. Hard to keep her off of it now!
We’ve owned several different brands of balance bikes and the strider is definitely the most friendly especially for younger kiddos! They’re light weight, low frame and seat height, durable, and we LOVE the rocker base!
They allow freedom. exercise. fun. Forget about battery operated ride on toys. Strider Bikes are the real POWER WHEELS!

The absolute best bikes to learn to ride! My little guy started on 12x balance one. This Xmas he got the 14x with the pedal conversion kit. He is 5 and afraid to ride a bike without training wheels. Due to the awesome learning system with the balance bike (he has mastered running and balancing on his 12x), today he got on his 14x and ran with it put his feet up on the pedals and started pedaling and took off! We love strider! My son started with a Strider 12 in sport, and loved it so much we had to upgrade him to the 14x. We legitimately tried it a different bike but he wouldn’t ride it. The minute he saw the 14x it was game over! Thanks for making bikes that grow with our kids! Also, kudos for such an easy install on the pedals and chain! That was way easier to put together than I anticipated!
Best product on the market. Our 4 year old just transitioned from the small balance bike to the strider pedal bike in less than 5 minutes! It was amazing! No training wheels in this house!
