I recently tried my first class with Cassandra, and what a fun way to workout. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The studio is beautiful, the music was spot in and Cassandra motivated me to give it my all. Definitely will be back!
I ve been going to Stride for the last 3 years regularly. I recently stopped because I got a set up at home. I found the owner very unwelcoming, the cancelation policy is wild, and overall there was a very artificial feel to the studio.
This spin studio is truly one of my favorite places to work out. I love how each instructor brings their own unique style to class—it keeps things exciting and motivating. The energy in the studio is always incredible and positive, making every ride something I look forward to!
