Coming to Stride is my favourite way to start my day. Each instructor has their own flair that adds something to the class and experience. I love how the instructors and the staff are so personable & friendly. Plus they also make the effort to learn your name and greet you by name which really makes me feel like I’m part of the community. There’s often challenges, themes or incentives to ride as well which makes it extra fun!! I can’t say enough good things. LOVE this place!
