strictly toyonda is it. I've been bringing my cars to John Martin since we arrived in Auburn 17 years ago. First, they are very friendly and helpful. Second they do a great job on my cars. If there is ever a problem with their work, and that's extremely rare, they take care of it at no charge. Third, if and when I'm looking for a replacement for one of my cars they are the ones I bring the potential car to to have it checked out. I fully trust them. Fine if you don't care about Tech Certification. The only problem about Stricly Toy-Ondas is that not all of their Technicians are certified ASE Techs. If I'm going to be paying someone to work on my car, I want the best.
I'm glad I found this repair shop ... I've been coming to Strictly Toy-ondas for about 5 years for my Tacoma and have been served with quality work, parts and service. They truly go the extra mile in doing these things. My wife and two daughters have also started to bring their vehicles here as well based on my experience, I think. I highly recommend Strictly Toy-ondas for vehicle service for a fair price. Thank you guys.
Strictly Toy-ondas I have been dealing with the Martin family for almost 40 years. I first purchased an International pick up from Jim Martin in the early 1970's and then had him do most of my auto maintenance work until he retired. I now have his son, John Martin's Strictly Toy-ondas service and maintain our '05 Lexus. I have received prompt and friendly service, excellent advice, and fair prices. I encourage you to give this family owned and operated business a try.
Strictly Toy-Ondas = Rip off Strictly Toy-Ondas is a rip off. There mechanic is completly incompetent and sloppy. After bringing in my car for one problem they charged a fortune and ended up braking something else. When I tried to approach John about the problem he avoided me and would not even return my calls. He did however have his wife get on the phone to tell to go to the bbb because they were refusing to look into the problem at all. This shop does not care about the customer or the service they give. It's all about Trust I have 3 Honda's and a Toyota that I have taken to Strictly Toy-Ondas for several years now. I had lost faith in both the local Honda and local Toyota dealers after both were dishonest in their service departments. S-T has always given me a straight explanation on what was wrong and what the options were - and done the work at a reasonable price (they have frequent coupons in the local papers). Good place for a repair? **NOT** My guess is the other poster was only getting oil changes here cause based on my experience it's doubtful this place can handle anything more than that. I'd select the rating I feel they deserve but you don't provide negative stars....
Best I Have Found I've been with Strictly Toy-Ondas since coming to Auburn in 1992, they have serviced several vehicles for me now. I have always found their service friendly, fast, and they talk to me about options, the expensive versus the practical. They have saved me money. I train and deploy Search and Rescue Dogs; training and searches involve hard use and long distances. My job as a Trauma Nurse involves a moderate commute. Strictly Toy-ondas Strictly Toy-ondas is a great place to get you car repaired. They are always friendly and get the job done quickly. Most of the time they are cheaper than the dealership. I have found them to be more expensive if you need a diagnostic. I say just call both and check. Other wise a great place to get a repair. PROS: Friendly, fast service CONS: some services are more expensive than Honda dealership
