The team took great care of our son for his ear tube surgery. They got us in on time, were very friendly and professional, and kept us updated on the process. Emily was our nurse and she was very friendly and kind. Thank you!
We had such a positive experience today for my 5-year-old’s tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish- the appointment began right on time, and the entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. The nurses went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable, especially Laura, who was so sweet and reassuring. My daughter had a tonsillectomy and the nurse that took care of her (nurse Laura( was INCREDIBLE. She was kind, playful and kept my daughter smiling and laughing the entire 3 hrs we were there. The entire staff was great but Laura really went above and beyond on bedside manner
The old lady that returns phone calls for gastro is very rude and disrespectful and honestly im considering going anywhere else then there because why would you call someone to blast them with questions about whats going on personally and why cant a grandparent thats on all the paper work and had permission to know the medical information about a surgery coming up ? And why is the patients business her business? I wish I could remember her name i stg If I could do 0 stars and just leave a review thats exactly what I would do
