The old lady that returns phone calls for gastro is very rude and disrespectful and honestly im considering going anywhere else then there because why would you call someone to blast them with questions about whats going on personally and why cant a grandparent thats on all the paper work and had permission to know the medical information about a surgery coming up ? And why is the patients business her business? I wish I could remember her name i stg If I could do 0 stars and just leave a review thats exactly what I would do
Great friendly staff and doctors. The waiting room is cold so bring a blanket. Otherwise it's a great facility. Important, please note that you get to park in the garage but you do need to pay for it. You get a ticket upon entry and then you pay by card at exit. It's all automated.
Receptionist is incredibly rude. I asked a few simple questions and felt terrible after how she responded to me. The day before a child’s surgery is stressful enough without being treated in a condescending manner.
Wonderful experience with my 3yo. He had his adenoids removed. All the staff was wonderful, and competent. He willingly walked with them to the OR excited to pick his flavor of gas. IV inserted after asleep. Woke up to a popsicle. Went right home after. They allowed him to take his stuffed animal to the OR with him and kept it with him through the entire process. No complaints or concerns.
