Be aware of the loose French dog inside, who will approach you and will bite and an owner who couldn't even apologize nor asked if I was okay. Customers with children be cautious. The owner even asked me, "WOAH! Did he LET you pet him?" So he's aware of his aggression but doesn't care about customer safety.
Strictly German is an excellent repair shop, in my experience. They do quality work at a fair price.
10/10 They fixed what I broke by making choices my mechanic had been begging me not to make. No lecture, just results.
Completely misdiagnosed my car and where the origin of a major coolant leak was. I had the car towed to a BMW dealer where they promptly fixed the actual source of the leak in a hose between the engine banks. I will not be returning here ever after blowing $1800 with them on their other 2 attempts. The dealer also fixed the oil pan and computer issues for nearly nothing and charged me for the leak reasonably, as well as putting a new coolant fan in where Strictly German’s fan failed after only one day.
From the initial call, they were courteous and very knowledgeable. I brought in my Porsche 911, and they took care of everything that I needed at an extremely fair price. I will definitely be coming back again for anything that I need with my vehicles.
