Let me start with saying I am disappointed to write this after being a 10 year customer with Strickler Insurance. When I initially started with Strickler the service was top notch, and I felt they always provided me with good quotes and took care of all my auto and renter policy needs efficiently. The customer service has sadly diminished rapidly recently, and is second rate at best. I moved a couple of month ago and called Strickler to change my address. Horrible and unprofessional, I've had issues with them every time I add a new vehicle because they lie to me about the policy price. Do not use Strickler they're unreliable, specially the agent Lisa which purposely increased my policy price and didn't want to give me a quote prior to that, when I recently bought my car.
Agents do not return phone calls. Excuse after a week of daily calls - Too busy, too understaffed, and they didn’t have answers... so they choose not to inform me. They are not worried about customers that they have had for over 10 years... because now their book is just too big🤷🏻♀️
A great company to do business with. All of their staff are very dedicated to making sure the clients are taken care of. Very personable employees that truly care, and know what they are doing.
