Stricklands is a great company! As a contractor I'm always in need of parts for service and maintenance of all of my equipment. They keep plenty of parts in stock and are always eager to help! Thanks to Mary and all the staff for what you do for me and my business!
Worst customer service ever, and they are schmucks. Sold a used mower to my mother (who is 70) stating that it was new. When i finally saw it and brought the dings and dents to my mothers attention (before it had even been used) she tried to return it and they stated all sales were final. Fine. But then we sent it in for service. 2 months later, it wasn't finished and when i did get it back, it was not done correctly. I ended up fixing it myself. First interaction with the people at Stricklands today. Awesome customer service, definitely will be doing more business with them.
I have been dealing with Mary and Ross and the employee's for a few years now. I just purchased two new PZ60 Zero Turn Husqvarna. Not only the mowers are great ,the service I have got has been the best. I live 30 miles from Stricklands but it is worth the ride to go there to get my parts that I need for my grass cutting business. I did have a lot of green on my trailers now it is all orange.
For generations, great folks and trust worthy place to take your business.
