I cannot rave enough about Dr. Strickland. I fought all last year with my son’s school. I knew he was having major problems with comprehension. His behaviors were out of control because he wasn’t understanding the instruction given by the teacher at the front of the room. I kept telling the sped department he needed 1:1 instruction so he could have information directly given to him. Dr. Strickland was recommended by our OT. Tosha is not only an excellent audiologist but also an amazing person. She performed a very precise and accurate hearing assessment and evaluation for my daughter, with special needs. She was patient, kind and treated my daughter with respect and made the testing process fun. Her follow up care to assure that my daughter's ear canals were clear, creating molds and fitting the hearing aids were top notch. I have been a patient of Dr. Strickland for about three years. I needed her services after a bottle rocket exploded right next to my left ear and I suffered a loss in hearing as a result. Dr. Strickland has been monitoring the hearing loss and has been helpful in advising me of what is happening to my hearing. Fortunately, the hearing has returned to near normal for my age. Tosha is one of those most caring physicians that we want to have on our side.
