Mrs Strickland needs to learn to be a little more patient on the phone when a customer is asking questions about where they are Considering spending there hard earned money! Not make them feel as if they are wasting her valuable time. Everyone has bad days but customer service when in sales is how you make money. Best of luck to all.
My first car buying experience was here. Let me just start by saying that this was the ONLY place that would sell me a car. Everywhere else I went, I just got turned down because of my credit. Being a single, young mother, I needed something reliable after my other car had broke down, and I am so glad I found this place!
