Went to this location earlier this year. Signed up for the 3 month commitment. Tried cancelling but they said that I need to cancel 30 days before the next billing cycle. I was told differently by one of the staff there, and they wouldn’t honor that (stingy). $150+ as a single mom who is the sole financial provider who just wanted some relief from some body pain shouldn’t be punished like that esp considering the staff was saying differently. I love downtown Indianapolis (Bottleworks) Stretch lab. I’ve worked with multiple flexologists and each have been wonderful. I’m feeling better and running more. I’d give them 10 Stars if I could .

Friends for life. That's how I feel. Tried yoga, pilates, acupuncture, all had some positive attributes. But this stretch thing helps every week. I have attended sessions for 3 years and I still say aloud every time "thank you" as I am exiting the building.
Have been a few months since I started my stretching sessions at stretch lab. It’s helping with my shoulders and general flexibility. 👍🏼
