I booked my first visit online because I specifically wanted to use the cold plunge for recovery. The facility was clean and looked nice inside, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the staff told me the sauna wasn’t available and that the cold plunge was closed. They offered compression therapy instead, which wasn’t what I had paid for. The people who are the heart and soul of stretch lab, scratch that, recover lab, are the great humans who help you with assisted stretching. They are also the only good thing about his place. Parking 1/5 Location 2/5 Ease of use for the website 2/5 Packages outside of memberships 2/5 mainly because the front desk doesn't sell them but will argue with you about how many sessions are remaining vs sessions used and the rates are not as good as the membership rates if you can get them to add them on. Love this place. After five months here I am very pleased with everyone.
They’ve switched ownership and the new owners don’t want to honor your already paid for sessions UNTIL you buy 3 more months worth of sessions. In legal terms that’s called extortion. In the last 6 weeks I’ve been charged $614. Yesterday they wanted another $239! I’ve learned to never ever give a company my credit card. They’re using it more than I am fgs!
