I made an appointment with Dominique at the location in Scripps Ranch. He made me feel comfortable and kept me informed on what we were doing, how that would help and gave me useful information. Not to mention, it felt great afterwards. I also learned some stuff about my body that i did not realize was affecting me. i will be returning. Much recommended.

My range of motion and general flexibility keep improving with each session. All of which have improved my balance and relieved the amount of pain I have.

StretchLab has been a wonderful resource for my son. He is Autistic, experiences sensory processing, and is a toe-walker, which often leads to tightness in his calves and the balls of his feet, as well as some hunching in his upper body. Tried a 25 minute trial. Was disappointed. $59 for a 25 minute session. The effective time outside all the talking and pitch was about 15 minutes of stretching.

Every time I leave stretch lab I feel better than when I walked in. Kristina & Dominique are amazing and know their stuff. The plan implemented for me is really helping this desk worker.
