The stretches are tailored to my needs and I always leave feeling lighter, more flexible, and energized. The studio is clean, professional, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve mobility and recovery!
StretchLab is excellent and I make sure to go on a weekly basis to help recover from work and keep my flexibility high. All the stretchers are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this type of movement therapy.
