Update: The owner did follow up with me which I greatly appreciated. I will change my rating to 4 stars simply because they let me drive there when they could have cancelled the day before saving me a trip. Don't bother checking your insurance, I checked mine and was told it covered, I actually spoke to someone there who said she checked with the manager and made my appointment, while I am in the parking lot 5 minutes before my appointment stretch lab called and said I wasn't covered and cancelled the appointment.
