Great stretch focused on relieving problem area. Had tightness in left shoulder from previous basketball injury, which was diagnosed affecting other parts of body. Did several stretches to relieve pain and tightness across areas affected due to overcompensating left shoulder. Felt much better afterwards and would highly recommend!
