Before I started coming to Hollywood strech lab...i was a mess. Ellie and Caitlin got all set up. We did the initial consultation and assessment. Ellie broke down which areas were giving me pain and set up a treatment plan on how to correct the problems. It has been some weeks now and I have improved tremendously.
StretchLab has helped me tremendously in the one month I have been going there. From improved flexibility to more efficient workouts to a step up in my pickleball game, I have been thrilled with my progress. Additionally, the studio is pristine and the people are all super nice. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to StretchLab for close to a year. My flexibility has increased dramatically! The camaraderie and goodwill of the flexologisrs and clients is remarkable. I very much recommend all the Flexologists and particularly like working with Elysee and Acadia!
