Both Devin & Juan were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my first session. Juan took the time to explain the process and walked me through my stretching routine, always being attentive & explaining what to expect. I’ll be back again soon !
Stretchlab is incredible. I come weekly, it’s so worth it for flexibility, injury prevention, posture, quite frankly I just feel amazing right after. Kazz is incredible, it’s clear why the reviews consistently name him. He’s strong, professional, and gives a great stretch. When I miss a few weeks, I tighten up, my body compensates for the lack of mobility, and then I get pain like lower back pain. I think this should be mandatory, for everyone who can spare the time.
