StretchLab has been a huge boost to my overall health. I especially appreciate my "Flexologist" Nora's input from her background in medical.
This past April I was in a car wreck. I broke my back, foot and ankle. I tore my fascia ,tendons, and the Achilles. I had surgery October 2 of 2025. Eight weeks after that I started a physical therapy. Up to that point I had basically been on crutches, walking boots and cast. I was completely inactive for 9 months. I reached out to the Stretch Lab and talked to Abby in December.
