I am so thankful for the Stretchlab team! I have run for over 30 years. After a terrible car accident 24 years ago, having the ability to run without pain has been an uphill battle. All marketing, unable to cancel. When you first walk in for the intro session, they ask you to buy their $17 socks, which are rarely needed and could be optional. When you finish the intro, they lock you into a 3 month contract, which starts at $250/mo for just 2x 1 hour sessions/mo. When you try to cancel, they can’t cancel the subscription in person or via the app, you have to email. Then they reply with options that do not include cancelling. It was expensive but worth it. I told Bella (one of the stretch lab people) that I couldn't touch my toes for the last 10 or 20 years. She had me touching them in one session. Amazing
I had an amazing stretch with Ruth. It was my first experience with StretchLab and the stretch was so beneficial and so great. She did an amazing job explaining and stretching. Audrey at the front desk was great as well, I appreciated her customer service
