I have been going here often and on for a couple years and the past couple months, I have been stretching with Regina. She helped me find which muscle was causing me pain in my right leg And gave me suggestions on how the stretch at home. She is great knows what she is talking about and she's got a great personality....so the time flies by.
Jenna is great! She's really improved the quality of my life and is really great at explaining why I'm tight in different areas of my body.
