This place is amazing! David, Tara and Jenna are my faves, but I’ve never had a bad experience with any one there. So welcoming and fun, and you leave feeling amazing!
Absolutely recommend this place. Great qualified flexologists here precisely know the dynamics of your body and will be able to cater to your individual needs rather than having a one size fits all stretch program. They also maintain history and take good notes, so it’s easy to follow through with another flexologist, when needed. Their P&F techniques really help me in recovering quickly from any impact from a previous strength training session.
Stretch lab RR has the best crew. They are attentive and all the flexologists that I’ve had appointments with have taken excellent notes to pass on to one another and I’ve been given the best advice and suggestions to keep my body feeling younger.
