Made an appt online and paid in full up front. I got a phone call about an hour before my appt from a worker asking me some background questions. Then she tells me I have to purchase a pair of socks for the appt for $17, already upselling me before I even set foot in the place. She said it was policy I must purchase these socks, so I declined and asked for a refund. She said I had to wait until next week when the manager was in, but a minute later the manager appeared in the store and got on the phone. She was condescending ... read more
I inquired about their pricing via Facebook. Was immediately bombarded with messages, texts and calls. Super high pressure sales. Would not disclose pricing at all. Not a fan of the sales techniques and lost me as a customer before my first visit. Very disappointed.
Finished my first session. My pain is reduced 50% and I'm confident I'll continue to improve. Highly recommend you give it a try
