I love how good I feel with regularly going to the stretch lab. Demetrius (Meech) is my flexologist who is kind, personable and very effective.
I’ve been going to StretchLab for almost two years and it has made a noticeable difference in my flexibility and overall wellness. The front desk is always welcoming and engaging, and a shout out to my flexologist, Emily who is awesome!
I’ve been going to stretch lab for over a year on a bi-monthly basis. Ralph has helped me establish a good routine to help maintain lower back strength, sharing additional exercise with me to do on the daily which has been super helpful. I highly recommend adding stretch lab to your routine for optimal health.
Emily at Mt. Lebanon is the best. She is very attentive to my needs and addresses them with care. She always strives to go the extra mile.
