I initially visited because of a pulled muscle in my back. My first stretch session was an immediate relief, and I have had 4 more sessions since. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about his craft, professional, listens to your cues, and works with you through the stretches. I would 100% recommend.

The experience of having an assisted stretch was new to me, but after the first session, I could see why it is so valuable for so many people. Anthony was a fantastic flexologist ! The reason for my four stars is that, no one is monitoring the front desk and it takes about 24-28 hours for someone to return calls. Also, sadly I needed to cancel my membership and that took about 6 weeks and I am still waiting to get the credit from this month.
A few months ago, I started a weekly stretch with Nathan at the Ridgefield location. What was initially a luxury soon became a necessity. His work is terrific and I feel lucky to have found him.
