Great place . Work with Diego . Knowledgeable, careful , gave tips for at home stretches , stretched my body the way I never thought I can stretch that much ever in my life . Felt great post session : highly recommend to try.

Overstretched my ankle on second visit and subluxed small bones in foot. Then proceeded to continue billing me the next 6 months after repeated attempts to cancel. Currently in formal Dispute with American Express against them.
Beware with StretchLab Ridgefield. I have experienced unauthorised and fraudulent charges to my credit card by this business. I agreed to a one-month, four-session trial with their therapists/technicians before committing to their usual minimal 3-month contract. When I declined to continue after the first 4 sessions, StretchLab Ridgefield continue to post claims to my credit card, claiming that all of their contracts are for an initial 3-month period, attempting to re-neg on their agreement of a one-month.
