As a hiking coach, I know how crucial stretching is for mobility, performance, and injury prevention. When I learned about Niki’s assisted stretching, I had to try it for my own conditioning. I had an amazing stretch session today. Brandy came to my house and made me brand new. I injured my back and I basically been laying in the bed for the pass couple of month stiff as a board. She came and stretched me in places I didn't know could be stretched. After she left I jumped and danced around my house and painted my bathroom a little. I could bare hold my left arm up or stand for more than 20 minutes. After she stretched me, like I said I was brand new. Thank you Brandy for my amazing session.
My husband and I purchased our first shareable 8 session package about 7 months ago. We have had a wonderful experience with Niki on our healing journey. Niki's stretch therapy continues to be instrumental in both the strengthening of our aging bodies and our recovery from injury. From the time of her initial assessment, she has coached, encouraged and instructed us. We are grateful to her for her help.
