Stretch With Niki is the best thing I have ever done. I have suffered from chronic mid back pain for most of my life. I have tried everything— chiropractors, massage, physical therapy. After two months with Niki I am finally able to move easily and pain free. I only wish I had found Niki sooner.

My husband and I have been stretching with Niki for 45 minutes each once a week for a few months. We can’t say enough about how good she is. She makes it easy and it’s a great way to prevent injuries or recover more quickly when something is in pain. She’s reasonably priced, very professional, and really knows what she’s doing.

I’ve only been with her for a few weeks and already see improvements in how I move and I feel two inches taller after she is done stretching me she is amazing and I recommend her for stretching

As a hiking coach, I know how crucial stretching is for mobility, performance, and injury prevention. When I learned about Niki’s assisted stretching, I had to try it for my own conditioning.
