RecommendedSTRETCH is wonderful! I regularly take Pilates and Yoga classes and I have never enjoyed classes and teachers like the ones at STRETCH. My strength and flexibility have definitely improved since I have been working out here. Highly recommend!
Best place to workout
Krista and Kobra really know their stuff. This may be the best Pilates studio in Houston.
I took a Pilates class here last week and it was AWESOME! Kobra was very attentive and made sure to correct my form so I could really engage the correct muscles and stretch. I can't wait to take another class here! The space is beautiful and very clean, which really added to my experience. I highly recommend Stretch!

Elegant boutique atmosphere small classes instructor is the best ever. Just listen to him and ride to the music track he creates special for each class. Park just feet from the front door , gated and private lot. None like this in houston .
I enjoyed the reformer class with a friend and loved the attention our instructor, Lexi was able to give to all of us. I definitely felt the Stretch!
Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. I took my fist one on one class and the trainer seemed very knowledgeable and pushed me just the right amount!
i love it all! i got turned on to pilates here and now I'm addicted! the yoga is awesome too and when my legs get stronger, the cycling will go in the mix! krista and kobra made a magical place here! the power of sisters!
