I schedule an appointment the day before my birthday. First I had to call several times because no one was answering the phone. And when I asked the lady about it she said the phone hasn't rung. Why on earth would I lie about calling. Still I wanted to give them a chance. Second on the day of my appointment I called all day and again no one answered. WOW!! What can I say, Dr. Woods is the best ! I absolutely feel like family when I go in and the customer service and the professionalism is off the charts! He really breaks down everything he is doing and shows genuine care!! I wouldn’t think of anyone better to get aligned!! And make sure you see the message therapist! Awesome job she did! I wish I could think of her name but I can’t ! I visited the Irving location!!
