I had been looking for a yoga class for overall health. When I tried the class , I like that her classes are one on one so I can go at my own pace. After two classes I can say I feel more at peace and relaxed. She has also helped me with some sciatica pain I've been experiencing. Overall great yoga classes.

Elsy is amazing, she’s so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. Her yoga classes are something I look forward to every week. She is very knowledgeable with prenatal yoga. During my pregnancy I’ve had sciatic back pain and her classes have helped me so much with that. I haven’t complained about my back since ! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to try yoga !
