RecommendedBob was awesome to work with! Nice guy who actually cares about his customers. I bought a vehicle from him and about 3 days later the clutch went out. I called Bob thinking he was going to give me the run around just because it is a used dealership. Not only did he come and tow my vehicle but he paid for the clutch replacement and put me in another vehicle to get me by until the clutch was fixed! He’s a hell of a guy. Hands down best salesman but now he’s my friend. 100% would recommend him and his staff to anybody!

Tell you what, I've done 3 vehicle deals with Bob and the guy has gone above and beyond for me. But here's the deal, if ya read a negative review I'm gonna tell you straight up the deal with that. If you buy a vehicle from Bob and have an issue, just sit down and talk to him, these cars are not Bob's personal daily drivers, he buys and sells and above that he gets vehicles that he can offer in house financing for people that have bad credit, and at 0% interest, but like said if ya ever have a problem, just be honest and talk... read more
Bought the 2005 Jeep from them and had problem after problem with it. Still needs a tranny. He said he looked it over. “What a joke.” One of the spark plug wires was chewed through by mice!!! The spark plugs themselves broke off in the motor. $1200 fix had to be done. The Jeep also has open recalls that haven’t been taken care of on it. The dealer informed me that he “doesn’t sell trash,” uh huh sure you don’t. 🙄 his word of mouth repair guarantee is not something to be trusted.
Unprofessional owner uses company Facebook account to bash former employees and customers. Does not know how to spell or use punctuation either leaving a very unprofessional image to the public. In a small town such as Gillette WY it is crucial for small businesses and business owners to act right in public and private. It doesn't matter what was said or done you do not post rude comments to people on social media. Period. End of story. This business has lost me as a customer for good.
