I bought my mattress around 4 years ago. It's called the D'elegance, and I still really like it. I haven't had to have it fixed, so I don't know what that process is like, but I do know that it was exactly what I was looking for when I bought it and it is still doing it's job now.

This mattress sucks! It's hard as a rock and has given me major back problems!

Its a horrible mattress, did not live up to what it is supposed to do. Both sides of mattress bow down leaving the center high. I called the office at ontario, the person who i spokej to in warranty by the name of chris smith was abousolutely arrogant..and rude, told me i would have to transport the faulty mattress myself .......i live 600 miles from where they are, and they expect people to take care of this on top of a mattress thats not worth the money I paid for it.. I do not recommend this mattress at alll.......
