I took my 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for an oil change expecting that I was going to need to dump some money into it for some repairs. I wasn’t wrong, but in the process, something was broken and they could have just told me that it WAS broken and that I would have to pay for the additional repair. Instead they called to tell me that they were at fault and so they would replace the part at no charge to me. Job well done & not a long wait at all. Car is running now with no complications. Service was friendly and I was kept up to date with every phase of the repair. The cost was better than another garage as well.
