WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Not professional at all. I purchased gift cert for boss on Chrismas & now ive been calling to ask questions about it, they said theyd get back to me next day & its been 3wks. Lady with heavy accent doesnt seem to know what the heck shes doing. Would not recommend this place.
This place is horrible. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. I called several times before I finally got someone to answer the phone. I called on a Wednesday and made an appointment for Saturday. I show up and no one is there. The lights were off and the door was locked. No cars were in the parking lot. There was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 11:30 a.m. I come back at 11:30 a.m. I was told that I did not have an appointment. I told him that I had called on Wednesday.
