this place is a joke!!! I received a referral for my son got a call from them asking a series of very personal questions like my relationship status and how long I've been with my wife ect. when I asked questions back they became very combative but set my SONS appointment just to call back 20 mins later and cancel his first appointment saying I was accusing someone of something and calling them names??? lying lying lying this one if the most unprofessional situations I've ever seen. and there a mental health facility? get yo... read more

My som was supposed to have his first appointment there today and when I arrived there, the office was closed. They didn’t bother to call and say they wouldn’t be open. I wasted time off work today. If a patient misses an appointment without notice then they have to pay a fee but nothing happens to doctors who close without notice. It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients.

extremely unprofessional, not helpful at all, and very rude. i made an appointment, went to it. literally every employee there had their head up their asses. not one of them could actually tell me where i was suppose to go, which desk i was suppose to be at, who i was suppose to talk to. after 15 minutes of trying to find out this information, i gave up. clearly i was not valued as a client. a month later, i receive a bill for being a no show. when i called to talk to management about the issue, she rudely interrupted me and... read more
