Coming back 2 years later with an update — I’m currently stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been, because of S&S programming. Rhuben and Wes’s coaching has enabled me to continue breaking my PRs, and the community they foster is EVERYTHING! Nothing feels better than achieving a goal with a gym full of familiar, friendly faces cheering you on. A great space and gym to really test your physical fitness. I had one of the best workouts I have had in a long time doing their 6:30 boxing class and would gladly do it again.
The absolute best environment for someone who needs a little extra motivation to get in the gym! Such a welcoming environment that will make you feel better about yourself after getting a great workout in!
The best experience I’ve had in an exercise class setting. I am a beginner and they let you move at your own pace and offer help when needed. Particularly good and supportive vibes and Rhuben was welcoming. Highly recommend and I will be back when I’m in Athens.
