So far, our experience with Nindi has been positive. Whenever something has needed attention, he has been responsive and has addressed it in a timely manner. Overall, we’ve been happy with the service and support he has provided.

Please be very careful before renting this house in the Taralake street area . We had a very disappointing experience with Streetwise Property (Tanya and Nindi). We were told that the basement was empty, but after moving in, we found out that the owner was running gun licence classes from the property, which was not what we were told beforehand. I signed with Tanya at Streetwise to manage my father’s property back in 2020. Process was quick and seamless. Had no issues with them. Needless to say, it was because I had a great tenant and they did not require any management. Issues started arising with each subsequent tenant after the first culminating with the last tenant getting evicted by my direction. Streetwise Property Management is unreliable. After I moved out, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. During the inspection, Tania looked for any excuse to withhold my deposit, even for minor issues like light scuff marks. It seems like their main goal is to take your money, and many of the glowing reviews appear suspicious. I would advise avoiding this company.
