Streetwise Property Management is unreliable. After I moved out, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. During the inspection, Tania looked for any excuse to withhold my deposit, even for minor issues like light scuff marks. One of the worst management team especially our agent tanya. They dont respond to your message. After our move out inspection she didnt respond to our message and later hogged all the money for some small work. We had most of the rooms cleaned and steamed even after that they charged us. Just unacceptable. Think well before yall go throught this management company.
