I purchased an expensive motorcycle sound system was supposed to be a easy one day install. I purchased a Groupon for a remote starter. Upon calling the man that answered on December 14, at approximately 10:30 was extremely rude and impolite I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give me his name. And hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional and I feel like he didn’t want my business. I am a RN I am very intelligent and know what customer service is supposed to be.
Lee and Paul were very fair and polite when I ran into a trouble some situation yesterday with either my car or the remote starter. Needless to say they took care of it every way they could. Which is something to look for when desiring over the top customer service. Lee stood late to assess the unfortunate situation, took a second look at my vehicle the very next morning, along with replaced parts (just to be safe), and even went the extra mile to pay half of the tow for us.
