Never have I had a bad experience with these guys. I’ve ordered 3 items from them over the years and each time my items were shipped out within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-4 days. Never any mistakes. I’ve always been pleased with the items ordered and would continue to use them and recommend them to others. Oh and they have always had the best price!
I ordered Brake Rotors from Street Side on August 23 2018. I called last week to see what the hold up was on my order and was told the manufacturer lost my order!! I should have cancelled at that time, but I gave Street Side another chance and asked for expedited shipping for my troubles. I look at the tracking last night and my package is still in the city it shipped from! Obviously no expedited shipping, it's been a 3 week wait in an industry where I typically receive parts in 3-4 days!

I purchased a weight distribution hitch May 18, 2017. I'm located in Pennsylvania and so is their warehouse. I waited till Tuesday and they never even shipped the item. I called on May 23, 2017 to find out what was going on and the guy didn't know. so they canceled my order read did it and he told me I would have it the next day. still no item. So I called again today May 24, 2017. UPS tracking still shows it never shipped. so now they canceled that order and supposedly overnighted me another one let's see what happens now. ... read more
My first encounter was in 2010 when I ordered a Borla Cat Back Exhaust System for my Charger because StreetSideAuto had the lowest price and the system is still on my car. I called a company reference another part and was offered a price. I checked StreetSideAuto and found the online sale price was lower than the other company. I am very pleased with the contacts that I have had with StreetSideAuto.
