Never answers the phone or calls back after leaving a message
My husband and I have left serval voicemails for months and never got a return call. Our HOA requires that we do business with them, but I would not recommend.
Placed an order 9/27/21 , they said my mailbox would ship by the first week of November. I receive an email stating my order shipped end of October. I open the email and it's another customers order with all their details including the contact phone number , name address. I call the number the guy has no idea why I received his shipping information.
