It only took me a few years to finally find the perfect stylist. Pepa knows exactly how to work with my thick and curly hair and bring what I had envisioned to life. She's so upbeat and friendly, and the things she can do to hair is beyond amazing.
At first I was hesitant coming in to this salon because I'm not edgy, I'm not hip, and and I'm far from being a cool kid. But that didnt stop me from smiling ear to ear upon leaving with a nice blow out. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is just so.. well, edgy, hip, and cool! This place is the best! Pepa is an wonderful and creative up and coming stylist. She always gives me a great haircut and her creativity and vision with color is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend coming here if you want THE BEST looking hair. I get nothing but compliments at work, from friends and even from strangers on the street. If you're looking for a place that will give you a kick ass haircut ? Look no further! The owner Lisa watches your hair and she shapes and cuts and leaves weight or removes weight exactly where needed so that it lays exactly the way you want. She's continually educating her staff to stand out and be the best that Chicago has. Not pretentiousness stylist here. You'll leave with the haircut you finally asked for.
My daughter has super curly hair and Lisa does an excellent job! Her staff is very friendly. I've been going to Lisa for 10 years!
