Best in the business - no wonder they've been around for over 40 years!!
I’ve been debating writing this review for months because it was such an upsetting/ insulting experience. I pre-ordered a belt from them and waited 2 months for it to arrive (in the meantime, they charged my credit card immediately which is not standard practice. A company is usually authority to charge the card once the item has shipped). I received the item and it was defective so I contact customer service within a day of receipt to see if I can exchange the belt for a non defective one. The products themselves are lovely, very unique and generally well made, however; there are major issues with the way they treat their customers and their business practices. I will start by saying that I have been a customer since the 90’s and I still wear almost all of the belts I purchased in the 90’s. This used to be a phenomenal small business.
