I bought a Streeter home that was built in the 1980s. Two years ago, I had a problem, and Streeter was great: very responsive, very professional, and I thought they did a great job of holding down expenses. This week, when I had another problem, I emailed the new project manager and 24 hours went by without a response or an acknowledgement of my email.
