I do not trust Street Volkswagen. I was told my 2016 Tourague needed over $1,100 in repairs for front and rear brakes. The tech said the front pads were worn to.4mm, they were actually .7mm, within specs. I had O'Reilly turn the rotors for $50 and new pads for $20. It really makes me question if they actually did the 4 hour test to reset the def sensor that I paid $680. Do not trust recommend services from Street.
Update December 2025: It’s my own fault for taking my Atlas back to Street again to deal with their service department. I’ve never had any helpful interactions with them and I regret buying a vehicle from Street. Beware: it’s $185 just to take your vehicle in to check the error codes. I shared the below a year ago and I’m adding an update in December of 2025: Absolute nightmare to get into the service department. Truly wish I would have known this before buying a vehicle from them.

I'll like to shout out the Amarillo Street VW location for helping me and my family on 2025 Labor Day weekend. While on holiday in Texas Panhandle from DFW area our family hauler 18' VW Atlas started to notify us of low engine coolant, as I proceed to check the coolant reservoir for engine coolant fluid I noticed the reservoir started to show some damage.
