Went in to get my mom's Atlas an oil change and Richard was very helpful and communicative through the whole process. I definitely recommend Richard for all your service needs.
Can't write enough to convey how pleased we were with the service we received over the Christmas Holiday for our car that broke down. Street VW was communicative, creative with a solution that made for a quick resolution for us. They went above and beyond to accommodate us for our family vacation. Amazing! I only wish we lived closer so that we had them as our service center. Forever grateful!

Decided to read past reviews and am not surprised at all about what I read. Since day 1 we have had nothing but issues with this service department. Its not even the fact that they lost our spare key, or that we had to give them our phone number MULTIPLE times because they just could not get it right, or that we called 4 times in one day and never got a call back just to be told at 7pm they are closed, or that we dropped it off at 9am and was told “there is only 2 cars in front of you, it will be fast” and didn’t end up gett... read more
