This enterprise is run by snake pil salesmen. The chief, in particular, is **** ********. This man is a liar, a false guarantor and a sneaky human. I am very ashamed to have done business with this company. They sold me a lemon, promised me certain assuredties with relation to my vehicle purchase and failed to deliver in major ways. Steet Smart Auto Brokers!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE They got me for $2,500. We agreed on a $27,000 price only to find out they charged me $29,500 also adding some accessories price of $499 witch they charged me twice for and refuse to refund. I'f i could leve less than 1 revew i definitly would If this revew helps save one person from getting ripped off I'll feel a little better.Never do I leave bad reviews..
Street Smart Auto Brokers is a GREAT dealership, with GREAT inventory, and GREAT pricing! I would recommend them to anyone. They have financing for anyone! They also put the cars through a rigorous inspection before putting them on the lot to be sold. I have purchased two vehicles with them, and everything was transparent and worry free.
I had the same experience. They put a "non cancel" warranty on my loan as well as a $3000 vehicle accessory charge that was not even on the sticker or listing for the vehicle. Start your complaints here and also the ************************************* These guys are some serious crooks.

We do not put "non-cancel" on the warranty contract; that is in the terms of the contract and customers sign understanding this. We sell nothing that isn't individually selected and approved by customers. Most customers opt for extended service agreements and other protection plans.

Do not buy from Steet Smart Auto Brokers!!!! It all started when I found a truck I liked on 7/3/2020 and I was working out the numbers for my payment with a salesman named Jose G*******. Long story short we agree on a $517.00 payment with money down and my trade in. They give me a temp tag and I’m off. I found a vehicle I liked online and talked to the salesman Rory about the vehicle. I told him I would be driving 6 hours one way to purchase the vehicle and wanted to know the vehicle's condition. So please be honest as I'm driving a long way to purchase this vehicle. He told me the vehicle was in excellent condition and we negotiated a price based upon the described condition and online pictures. They insisted the price we had to pay include Wyoming sales tax. This narrative is entirely inaccurate. The customer agreed to purchase the vehicle based on many pictures and a detailed description. He canceled the sale because he said he bought another truck. Later that day he showed up unannounced just before closing time and continued to call other dealers from our office to inquire about vehicles while offering us $5000 less than the agreed-upon price. So they took money from a person to buy a car who could not afford it...We found her something in her price range yet her credit was slightly on the down side I opted to sign for her .
