We own a condominium below one managed by Street & Co as a rental. Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that became apparent when it started staining our bathroom ceiling. We dealt with Street & Co about this as their property manager. In our experience, they were nonresponsive to the point of being negligent. They let the leak go on for 18 months without substantively addressing it (saying they were “not able to get parts” due to supply chain issues.)
