We had lived in 9 Burney St apartments managed by Street and Company. These guys really manage the apartments well. Every 2-3 days a week, there was cleaning done in hallways and common spaces. The gymnasium and other common area were always well maintained. We had few maintenance issues with dishwasher, and electricity but Mike Fay and Mike from maintenance were always quick to respond. We own a condominium below one managed by Street & Co as a rental. Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that became apparent when it started staining our bathroom ceiling. We dealt with Street & Co about this as their property manager. In our experience, they were nonresponsive to the point of being negligent. They let the leak go on for 18 months without substantively addressing it (saying they were “not able to get parts” due to supply chain issues.)
